Are You Feeling Stuck in the Mud of Life?

Are You Feeling Stuck in the Mud of Life?

As it so happens, when you change your Context magically, you are no longer stuck.  You can only achieve so much by DOING things, after all, there are only 24 hours in a day, and most of us need to sleep. Getting a handle on yourself when the world is in gripped by fear

We are neurologically hard-wired for fear: It’s part of what has kept us alive.
